After a two-year marketing hiatus, the company came to us unsure how to build a marketing department and unaware of what it needed to scale to the next level. There were no systems or checks and balances on what was being pushed to clients.

Deliverables

  • Position and Marketing Strategy: We worked with leadership to reposition the brand to become more competitive and aligned marketing strategic efforts and calendaring to meet these objectives.
  • Website Redesign: We redesigned the website to level up against the competition.
  • Rebrand: We refreshed the brand aesthetic to play in the marketplace and be more competitive.
  • Webinars and Seminars: We managed all communications for regular webinars and seminars, aligning our efforts and cadences with the sales team's needs.
  • Cross-Department Marketing Communications: We supported marketing across departments to push communications to select audiences for campaigns, training, surveys, routine and emergency notices, website updates, and more.
  • Collateral: We created key pieces of collateral for prospecting efforts.
  • Social Media and PR: We managed all social media content to promote sales, new hires, company culture, and testimonials.
  • COI Campaign: We supported a COI campaign and event planning to nurture warm referral relationships.
  • Recruitment and Retention: We worked with HR to recruit new employees via marketing, assembled an onboarding deck, provided marketing training and onboarding for new hires, and more.

Results

The company grew 20% year-over-year. Our engagement started with ~30 employees at the company and grew to over 165+ employees. The sales team grew from ~5 to 20+ employees. Marketing systems, training, and processes were put into place. Regular cadences, campaigns, and more were put into place to scale. We navigated COVID, extensive growth cycles, and rapid changes together.
